is this safe to use on my face?
it is! however, we would be cautious if you have naturally oily skin.
I'm allergic to nuts. can I buy a body butter without nut oils?
we recommend doing a skin test first before applying our products to your body. at the moment, we do not sell body butter free of tree nuts.
my body butter has lumps or a grainy texture, is this normal?
YES! at lẹwara, we call those little nuggets of joy. it's just raw shea butter from our proprietary blend that shows just how much shea butter is in our products. no skimping over here!
real shea butter has texture! shea butter crystallizes when it is made, with some molecules solidifying at a faster rate than others, that can sometimes result in a slightly grainy texture. if you happen to get a butter that feels like this, don't worry! those granular pieces are shea butter and it is completely safe to use. the beauty of using body care with quality natural ingredients is experiencing how they naturally behave when minimally manipulated. watch it melt into your skin, trust us.

what is your return policy?
you can read the return policy here: return policy there will be no refunds issued for melted body butter. if it melts, please place it in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes so the butter may solidify. the wonderful qualities of this butter will remain, even if the fluffiness has gone away.
